How much does it cost?

Connex Cloud Office Implementation is available in two offerings, Lite is the most inexpensive offer. Specific pricing will be provided and it is based on the volume (how many users) and complexity (how complex is the delivery).

How long will it take?

The entire process including number porting, can take place within 2 weeks to 1 month. For large implementations with multiple sites and many users, the implementation window can last to 6 weeks.

What guarantees come with Implementation?

Implementation is guaranteed and every item that was to be implemented will be tested and available for use. We want to you to use the solution, we do our best to make sure it’s customized to your business.

Can Connex Cloud Office support a large user base?

Connex Cloud Office can scale on demand to support thousands of simultaneous users. The computing environment is scalable in a way that adding on server resources is only a few clicks away.

What does the customer have to do?

This is a team effort, the customer will have to supply data and information on what you use today and how you want to use it in the future. The customer is also invited to status and update meetings. This won’t take up weeks of your time, but there is some customer involvement required.
